Q. From Lindsay sent on 9/14/2003: hello. i am really interested in losing weight. i am 18 yrs. old, 5'3", and weigh like 145 lbs. i am very unhappy! i would like to have a work out program to fit me. i am an athlete, i play softball year around. when i lift weights, i have a tendency to bulk up. what i want is a work out and eating plan to build leaner muscle, and lose weight. i just want to be able to fit into a size 5 or 7 jeans.

You cannot build "leaner" muscles, this is a myth that seem to stem from the pilates cult. You will find the program you are looking for in my book.

Q. From Pam sent on 9/9/2003: Is their specific excersises i can do to maximize the size of my butt? I only ask because after having a baby i lost all of the weight i had previously had in that area. I am frusterated because I have been able to tone everything else without no luck in getting the size back in my Butt. Please HELP!!!

Yes, you can increase the size of your butt by increasing the muscle in the area. Squats, deadlifts, straight leg dead lifts, good mornings, and leg curls all work the butt.
