Standing Calve Raises
Difficulty Level - Easy
Execution:

This is usually done on a standing calve machine, but can also be done without weight.

  1. Standing facing the machine, place toes at the edge of the platform.

  2. Push up with the toes and bring heels up in the air.

  3. Go back down slightly below parallel.

  4. Repeat for recommended number of reps.

Also, to really work the Tibialis Anterior, try doing calve raises by using your heals, and pointing your toes up and down.
