Standing Calve Raises

Execution:

This is usually done on a standing calve machine, but can also be done without weight.

  1. Standing facing the machine, place toes at the edge of the platform. 

  2. Push up with the toes and bring heels up in the air. 

  3. Go back down slightly below parallel.

  4. Repeat for recommended number of reps.

There are many different machines to work the calves. Give them all a try and see which ones you like. We plan on adding more exercises here shortly.
