How to make the Best Green Juice

Drinking Green Juice is one of the most trendy movement for the fitness and health enthusiasts nowadays. People are now beginning to be aware of how the Green Juice can be helpful in their daily lifestyle. It is proven that it can help in reducing inflammation in the body, can also boost your energy level, detoxify your body as well as help you in shedding a couple of pounds. But how does one make the best Green juice with all the nutrients that your body needed?


Below are the steps that you can follow so that you could also make your own Green Juice at the comfort of your own home.


1. You should choose you leafy greens - like the Spinach, Kale, Lettuce and Swiss Chard.


2. You should also choose an Alkaline Vegetables - like the cucumber, broccoli stems and celery.


3. Do not forget to add a fruit - like green apples, lemon and pears, these are the most famous fruits that green juice enthusiasts add.


4. Add something that would spice your drink - Add a Ginger root the is about 1/2 inch.


5. You should have your own Blender or Juicer where you can add all the ingredients. 


6. Ready your vegetables and fruits (apple or pear)  and cut them into chunks them blend it in the juicer.


7. After that, squeeze your lemon into the mix, stir it and then once done you can now pour your delicious green juice in a fancy glass.

It is a great description. Its nutrient value is worth mentioning. People are gradually becoming health conscious. They know nature and natural food is a great healer. I hope soon I would follow your making process and enjoy the green juice.
