Yeah, I am a big fan of lemons too and I can have them with any foods literally. It is great to have lemons since they also prevent from many GI tract diseases.

Lemon water is great for detoxification. You could also try and cucumbers and strawberries to add a twist in taste.

I enjoy lemon tea. Its flavor also attracts me. Some time I chew slice of raw lemon though I am not aware of my chewing benefit but I do.

Below is a detoxification lemon drink that you can try at home.

Ingredients:

A glass of water

2 tsp of lemon juice

1 tsp of raw honey

Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
