I have not been avoiding fat, nor cutting calories during this time. I have been eating whenever I have been hungry and I have also taken "holidays" from low carb during the holidays. For the most part, I have kept my carb intake below 100 grams a day, but usually less than 50 grams a day.

1 downloadsNot that big of a difference IMO, but without exercise, and the amount of fat I have eaten, I would have expected to gain a lot of weight on this diet, but according to the photos, it looks like I have actually lost some fat. Since I have joined a gym, I will start keeping track of my overall body weight as well. I am curious to see how a low carb diet combined with exercise will affect my body fat.
