My name is Tracy, and my goal was to lose 60 pounds. I started out at 205 pounds, To start, I looked at the weight charts. I could weight as much as 155 for my height. It has not been easy on dieting on your own without following a diet programs so look and tried this program where in I don’t need to take "fat burner" supplements, surgerys, not requiring me to go to gyms and lastly definitely will NOT go hungry!.
At the beginning of Fat Burning System I need to adjust my eating habits, although I am not used to eating the recommended foods on the system, I didn’t gave up since I paid for it and I am sure it will work for me. What I love about the program is the Foods That Burn Fat! I learned exactly which foods help "burn fat" and speed up my metabolism - without having to cut calories drastically (when you eat these foods, you can actually eat more, feel fuller and still lose fat!).
And I am in my normal weight range! I have a yellow outfit that I can now fit into which I bought to help motivate me. Right now, I am 8 pounds below my goal weight! I could not have done this without the Fat Loss Diet program here http://tiny.cc/kuq0o for some of you who will try this program it may not work at the beginning specially for the first weeks, but later on about 3 or 4 weeks you will notice the difference.
In the end. I am very happy with result and I’m still using it now.
my goal was to lose 60 pounds

What foods specifically are you referring to as foods that burn fat? What happens when you go off this diet program? Never forget the saying, if it sounds too good to be true, it's probably to good to be true.
Losing weight isn't something very difficult if you follow some guidelines. We know some things will actually cause people to hold onto their fatty acids. For example, we know that insulin not only causes the body to both store fat, but it also keeps fat from being released and burned as a fuel. If you want to lose weight, just make sure you are expending calories and try to reduce your insulin levels as much as possible.
I have worked with many, many clients who have lost an average of 2 pounds a week and kept it off by modifying their diet plan and engaging in HIIT training. I would say HIIT training is the most effective exercise for fat or weight loss, and the added benefit to HIIT training is the fact that it doesn't cause muscle catabolism. If you want a successful weight loss program, use the following advice and you will lose weight.
First, cut way down on your carbohydrate intake. Carbohydrates cause the bodies insulin levels to rise, which in turn causes the body to store fat and prevents the cells from releasing fat. Cutting out many carbohydrates will also lead to a reduced calorie intake as well and this will speed up the weight loss even more, but you want to eat enough calories so that you can maintain this change in diet for a lifetime. This is why it's important to incorporate a change in lifestyle that you can maintain for a lifetime. If you simply try a fad diet, you will end up yo-yo dieting and gain all the weight back after you go back to your old eating habits. For this reason I have become a fan of the low carb diet, where you can actually eat whenever you are hungry and eat plenty of food that keeps you full for a long time. Regardless of the eating habits you adopt, make sure you are able to stay on the new diet plan for life. This doesn't mean you can't have "holidays" when you plan to go off diet, but just make sure you plan those days once in a while and get back on the diet plan after those "holidays" are over.
Now, throw in a change in lifestyle in regards to exercise and you will be on the path for a successful, life long weight loss plan that doesn't cause you to yo-yo back to your old weight! I am a huge fan of HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, and have excellent results with many, many clients with HIIT training.
I am willing to give you the tools for life long fat / weight loss and you don't have to buy any e-books that make promises that they usually can't deliver. They love to hire people to spam sites with false claims and empty promises in order to get you to spend money on some amazing mystery diet. If you want to learn how to lose weight and keep it off, simply follow the advice I put forth above and save your money.

here are some that i can remember.
Citrus Fruits like limes, lemons, oranges, guava, grapefruit have fat burning properties so they may be called as fat burners or fat fighters
Pectin in apples restricts the cells to absorb the fat and also encourages water absorption from the food which helps in releasing the fat deposits from the body.
Garlic
Cabbage
Green Tea
Fish oil
Honey it mobilises the extra fat deposits in the body.
Avoid Salt and Sugar

My opinion is that you have to strictly obey your diet and weight loss plan,
Totally deny all the fat and oily items,
Eat fruits mostly during working hours,
Drink vegetables soups,
Take proper rest,
Stay active all the day.
I hope it will help to achieve your desire goal.
Best of luck.
