Hey there!

I am new to this forum, but not to weight loss. I currently work as a personal trainer in Canada. And would love to hear about peoples weight loss struggles. I would be glad to give you tips and easy things you can do to lose weight. I can also help you make wise food choices that will help you burn more fat! Another thing, i would love to know is: what can your trainer do to make your workouts more fun???

Anyways, I would love to hear from you!

Cheers!

The best way to lose weight is to reduce calories and increase calorie expenditure. Do you mean the best exercise, diet, or both?

Dear Linda,

I think only running can control your weight, it's long time process but very healthy and cost free method.

Every week 5days, every day one hour.

I think this is definitely enough to get you started. What are your goals? How long have you been training for?

Hey bob. My goals is to get down to under 90kgs. I'm around 100-103kg. I hope to achieve this by late December. Around holiday season. Been training for a while. But this week is week 1. Finally got my nutrition right.
