Some people might say that if you want to lose weight fast you should skip meal - do not do that because it will make you fatter. Our body is designed to burn fats as we eat foods, so if you do not supply your body right amount of food, the tendency is your body will secret fat to make you feel not hungry. The bottom line, if you continue to skip meal your body secrete more and more body fat.

By the way: Fat serves as energy

Yes, I agree, you should never skip a mean in order to lose weight as this will actually have the opposite result. You should eat four or five small meals a day instead. This will also ensure that your sugar levels remain constant and prevent insulin spikes.

Be consistent of what you are doing right now!Enjoy your regular routine in the gym. Losing weight has no shortcuts, it requires hardwork and dedication. Don't forget to combine proper diet and regular exercise, these two are important factors in weight loss. Do some cardio exercises as it is best for shedding fat belly.

In addition, remember that high intensity exercise elevates your metabolism long after exercise ceases, so be sure to add a lot of high intensity training to your routine.

If I a beginner and want to lose weight naturally, where should I start? I am not able to go to the gym because I am always busy at home. Which exercises would you recommend for a beginner, how do I alter my diet, and how much time do I need to spend for exercise. I want to lose 20lbs in 2 months. Is that possible without using weight loss pills? I have lost weight with the help of pills but I also want to know what my options are for a healthy weight loss. Your help is greatly appreciated :)

Weight loss pills are a waste since you cannot stay on them for life, so I would suggest either a low carb or a low fat lifestyle. You will need to choose a diet plan that you can live with. Once you stop taking your weight loss pills, you will gain all the weight back.

I am currently observing a low fat diet. I have tried low carb but my body craved so much for carbs to a level that I couldn't resist anymore. Weight loss pills do help a lot in losing weight if you can afford to keep buying it. It's sometimes faster that way but I do agree that stopping it can lead to weight gain

If you want life long weight loss, you will have to make life long changes in lifestyle. I can't imagine taking weight loss pills for the rest of my life, nor would it be very healthy to do so. It's best to simply find a diet that works for you and that you can continue for the rest of your life. :)

Hey Bob, just a quick question..

"the higher the intensity of the exercise, the more calories which are expended...". I believe that. But it's not easy with all the pain around your body after an intense exercise. How long will it last? I mean the pain... before "it doesn't hurt anymore"

Are you talking about the post-exercise pain referred to as DOMS, or the burn you experience during exercise caused by the build up of the metabolic process?

Don’t eat high calorie foods and drink water as much as possible. If you get high calorie foods for your regular meals it will cost more time to you to exercise. Avoid high calorie foods and exercise at least 20 minutes daily.
Pueraria mirifica and pueraria are herbal plants.

Why don't you try some beathing exercises for reducing belly and you can reduce thighs by doing some daily workouts. I have gone through some women health resources on online regarding fitness exercises.
