  1. Green Vegetables

I encourage you to try a wide variety of fresh greens and vegetables to find all the ones you like. Always eat your greens according to the seasons. Some of my favorites are baby spinach, parsley, basil green leaves, broccoli, celery, and cucumber. I also make smoothies out of these vegetables and drink it as snack or breakfast.
  2. Lemons

Lemons are naturally detoxifying and have an alkalizing effect on your body. This makes them an ideal weight loss food. Each day upon waking, drink a glass of water with a squeeze of fresh lemon. For a delicious, yet healthy taste, squeeze fresh lemon juice onto your food just before serving.
  3. Increase Metabolism

Use water to increase metabolism and achieve weight loss fast. Drinking 8 glasses of water each day will keep your stomach feeling full and provide the energy you need for your daily workouts. Colder water makes your body burn calories slightly faster than water at a warm temperature.
  4. Green tea is considered one of the most effective ingredients for boosting the metabolism safely and naturally. In addition to drinking tea, add dried tea leaves to salads, sandwiches and marinades to help increase your intake.
  5. This rejuvenating scrub has caffeine, which leaves your skin feeling taut, bright and smooth. It's great for treating aging skin or when you just want to feel energized and brighter. Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of ground coffee. Rinse your face. Use a circular motion to scrub your face with the mixture, concentrating on the areas that tend to get a little dry and dull looking. Wash it off with warm water.
  6. Interval training

Interval training, which involves a mix of high-intensity and moderate workout levels, is particularly effective in boosting the metabolic rate. This type of exercise requires you to consume more oxygen during your workout, which prompts the metabolism to work at peak efficiency-even after the workout is over.
  7. Papaya contains a natural enzyme known as papain that has antibacterial and wound-healing abilities. The enzyme also aids in removing dead, damaged skin. To use papaya as a skin toner, mash a few pieces of ripe papaya and apply it as a facial mask. Keep it on for about 15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water.
  8. Metabolism

The metabolism is the process within your body that coverts food into energy. Although your metabolic rate is partly determined by genetics and body chemistry, you can make it work more efficiently through diet and exercise. Learn how the metabolism works and how to make it burn calories more efficiently.
