L-carnitine for fat loss?

     A study at the University of Leipzig, Germany, conducted a study to see if L-carnitine helped burn fat in those who were not deficient in L-carnitine. The study found that when adults were given oral L-carnitine they increased observed significant increase in fatty acid oxidation.
