Getting Back On Track!
Alright, I have finished converting the majority of the site over to the new format, but there are a few pages here and there that need to be converted. I still have a ton to do, but at least I am making some good progress and we should have this site back up and running full steam ahead very soon.
I am going to try to get started on a new workout program generator. This isn't going to be a simple, generic exercise program generator, it's going to be an entire system that should allow you to create unique and specific workout for your goals. In addition, I plan on having a feedback system if you feel you would like to get feedback regarding your work out progress or lack thereof.
We Are Back!!
After several years of being on hiatus, I have decided to bring this site back to life. I plan on introducing a new forum, new fitness and exercise articles, and answers to all your fitness, exercise and health related questions very soon. You can join our forums and ask any health, fitness, exercise, etc related questions you have and I will try to answer them. In the meantime I will be fixing up the rest of the site and making it look like this page here. Feel free to join our forums and jump right into the discussions. This will become the premier fitness, exercise, bodybuilding, powerlifting, fat loss, and health site on the internet with your help.
In addition, we welcome all Personal Fitness Trainers to our forums. We would love to have you as part of our fitness and exercise knowledge base and a part of our site. So if your already a fitness guru, feel free to jump right into the discussions and topics.
We used to have a very popular forum, but it was hacked so I was forced to take it offline. I would like to get this site back up an running at the front of the pack again. We have been online for over 7 years now and it's time we make our comeback as the site where you can get free information regarding health, fitness, bodybuilding, etc information.
I also plan on introducing a workout creation system where you can create, track, tweak your workout programs online, free of charge. This system should be capable of helping you create a workout program specifically for you and help you track your progress or lack thereof. Of course I have to first get this site looking decent again, so it may take me a little while to get the workout creation program setup, but it will happen.
So for now you can join our forums and have all your fitness related questions answered by a Certified Personal Trainer.
